How to track shipment status?

To track your shipment:

• Log in to your Virtual Office
• Scroll down and click on “My Transaction” / “Tools
• Then click on “Product Shipment”
• Choose the “Year” and click on “AWB number”
• You will be redirected to the tracking website”
